Principal Dentist
Andrew attained his Doctor of Dental Surgery and Bachelor of Science at The University of Melbourne and has been practising at Banksia Dental since 2020. He takes great pride in educating his patients about their oral health and making their appointments comfortable and anxiety-free.
Andrew is a member of the Australian Dental Association and regularly updates his qualifications in all aspects of dentistry. He takes pride in ensuring the most optimal outcome for his patients.
Andrew is a long-time local, attended St John’s Primary School and is a member of the St John’s Catholic Tennis Club. Outside dentistry you can find Andrew having a hit of tennis, trying to perfect his gelato recipe or jamming out on the piano.

Associate Dentist
Dr Adrian Bendekovic earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with Distinction from RMIT University. Adrian is known for his gentle, patient-centred approach and dedication to providing comfortable, modern dental care.
Adrian is a compassionate, friendly and dedicated dentist that enjoys all facets of general dentistry and aims to provide a gentle and patient-centred approach to dental treatment to patients of all ages. He has worked in both public and private sectors of dentistry in both regional Victoria as well as metropolitan Melbourne. Adrian is extremely interested in new research and professional development courses to expand his dental knowledge to provide the most optimal, comfortable and modern treatment to all his patients.
In his downtime, Adrian enjoys playing tennis, has a passion for aviation, drawing, spending time with his wife Isabel, friends and loved ones, and fanatically following his favourite soccer and AFL teams.
Dr Isabel Zandegu
Associate Dentist
Isabel obtained a Bachelor of Biomedical Science before completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Melbourne, graduating in 2018. She is also a member of the Australian Dental Association.
Isabel has been a Melbourne girl all her life, and loves working for her local community in assisting with their dental needs. She has a particular passion for working with anxious patients, and happily sees people of all ages and backgrounds. Isabel places a large importance on prevention and patient education and strives to provide a calming and friendly environment in the clinic.
In her spare time, Isabel enjoys life with her husband Adrian, their daughter Isla and their cat Winston. She enjoys creative writing, board games with friends and attempting to learn the Italian language.
